Welcome to LusioMATE, the serious-gaming rehabilitation platform designed to work seamlessly with your **MyoPro** device. This manual walks you through setup, player management and movement-goal creation to get you started on your recovery journey. **Note:** Still on the original Windows-only Basketball game? Ensure **Bluetooth Scan**, **Bluetooth Connect** and **Microphone** are enabled — the microphone powers voice commands in some Lusio games. Use the **Settings** app to confirm the permissions are enabled. ### Player management After logging in you will see the **Player List**. ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image21.webp)The Player List - **Existing players:** search by name or select from the list to view their activity — **Reps**, **Minutes** and **Progress**. - **Add new player:** tap **+ Add New Player**, enter First Name, Last Name and an optional Nickname. Each player can have unique goals based on their specific needs. ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image11.webp)The Goal Gallery #### **Goal gallery** View existing goals, or tap the **(+) Create New Goal** icon to start a new one. **Step 1 — select joint** - - Choose to focus on the **Elbow**, **Hand**, or **Both**. - **Define positions:** set your **Refill (Get Ball)** position and your **Action (Shoot)** position — e.g. "Hand Opened" to get the ball, "Hand Closed" to shoot. Use **Swap Positions** to flip them. ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image6.webp)Joint & Positions #### **Step 2 — set targets** - - **Title:** give your goal a recognisable name — you can note the active modes to practise, e.g. "Biceps and Open". - **Daily goal:** use the scroller to set a target of **Reps** or **Time (min)**. - **Visual aids:** add custom photos of your start/end positions or sensor placements via **Add Images**. - Tap **Finish** to save the goal. ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image20.webp)Set targets ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image12.webp)Goal saved **Tip:** Hit your daily target and you'll be awarded a Gold Trophy in your recent trophies section! From the goal screen you can also **Edit** the title or picture, **Delete** the goal, or check statistics and photos. ### Playing the game Once a goal is selected, choose your difficulty level: **Easy**, **Medium** or **Hard**. **Caution:** Be sure to put your MyoPro in the appropriate **active modes** for your movement goal using the MyoPro control panel at the elbow module! ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image10.webp)Difficulty selection ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image18.webp)In-game play A rep game session is **60 seconds** long by default. Play multiple sessions, or select **Long Play** to keep the session going until you exit via the top-right corner. ### Settings & side features Access the **Settings Menu** (gear icon) to manage the app experience: **✓** **Translations** — change the app language. **✓** **Profile** — update your account details. **✓** **Sync Data** — manually push your latest exercise data to the server. **✓** **Change Password** — at the bottom of the Player List screen for quick security updates. ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image8.webp)The Settings Menu ### Trophy cabinet & activity history Your hard work is tracked automatically. Access these via the **Stat icon** (bar-chart) on the Movement Goals gallery or individual goal screens. - **Trophy Cabinet:** every time you reach 100% of your daily goal (Reps or Time) a **Platinum Trophy** is added to your cabinet. - **Progress:** a detailed log of past sessions — helping you and your clinician spot patterns, like which days you're most active and how endurance improves over time. ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image4.webp)Trophies & progress history ### Accessibility — colour-blind mode LusioMATE is designed for everyone. In the **Settings Menu**, toggle the **Color Blind Option** — it adjusts the game's palette (the basketball, UI highlights, progress bars) to ensure high contrast and clear visibility for all users. ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image19.webp)Colour-blind mode ### Connectivity & troubleshooting ### The MyoPro connects via Bluetooth, so a stable link is key to a smooth gaming experience. #### **Auto-connect & reconnection** - **Auto-Connect:** LusioMATE attempts to auto-connect whenever the app opens and the device is powered on nearby. - **Background reconnection:** if you minimise the app or take a call, it will try to stay linked — but may disconnect if backgrounded too long. Returning to the app triggers an auto-reconnect; just give it a moment. **Tip:** If the app can't connect to the MyoPro device, try restarting the MyoPro and giving it a bit more time — this works in most cases. ![](https://knowledgebase.lusiorehab.com/hubfs/KBs/lusiomate-for-myomo-user-manual/image22.webp)Auto-reconnect in progress #### **In-game disconnect message** - If the Bluetooth signal drops mid-game, a **"Connection Lost"** pop-up appears. - **Don't panic:** the game pauses automatically so you don't lose progress. - **Wait:** the app retries for 30 seconds — on success the message disappears and you can resume. **Warning:** The "Fresh Start" rule — for persistent "Device Not Found" or dropping connections: 1. Close the LusioMATE app completely. 2. Power **OFF** your MyoPro, wait 5 seconds, power it back **ON**. 3.
